asset is worthless, super low grade brine, one of the worst or the worst in the area. All it has is a big land package. There is a reason none of the big boys wanted this land and it was left over with no interest. It's not viable to extract due to the terrible low quality of the brine that's why I say this will end up in liquidation eventually, it's worthless imo
