Ha ha, there is no widespread IMU shareholder discontent.

A tiny group of HC power users addicted to posting have worked themselves up into a state all by themselves and without any real support from the vast majority of shareholders.

Step away from the PC's lads. Give us all a break, please!

• PH is encouraging shorting in his own company? What nonsense! More than enough shares are available from the index funds and nominee accounts, and Vanguard is a top shareholder; they are notorious for it.
• They stuffed the SPP? Congratulations to all who participated and significantly increased their holdings. I love the fact retail could buy at a much lower price than institutions. I feel sorry for those who have been swept up by the negativity posted on these threads and chose not to participate, of which there may have been many.
• They keep diluting shareholders? Well, this is what companies do on stock exchanges; they raise capital, and it's why we are all here, and bios are hungry for cash. No one likes it, but it's going to change anytime soon.
• Why did they raise at all? It's common practice for a board to raise money after acquiring an asset, IMU have done it before themselves, its not a shock is it.
• Why didn't they raise when the SP was higher? Well, it's not that much higher now, several months later, despite numerous rocket emojis.
• Snouts in the trough? Execs who have brought drugs to market get paid a lot of money because they are very good at what they do. Pay them! Wayne over at AVR is on $3.5m, which makes Leslie's package look tiny. And if you don't remunerate people well, they will go elsewhere. Back self-interest, it is the winning horse every time.
