The STX Board will not be accepting any offer. They are going to build STX into a multi-Billion Dollar company by themselves.
And if anyone does want to make a futile bid they had better start with 80 cents plus.
The big boys ( girls ) may try and push the price down to make an offer look attractive, but the STX Board won't be accepting it. End of story.
