Yeah we gotta be in on the obfuscation jargon that litters politics and the corporate scene. Scheme of Arrangement, Takeover and of course the latest addition to the bullsh!t Change of Control Event. I think the end result is pretty much the same? You don't want to get your 1QCY mixed up with your 3QFY. You could be dead, deceased or no longer living as well.
