The EPA Approved the SE Conventional Gas Development on Nov 7th. The Approval decision highlighted that the submission was not deemed significant to even warrant review.
If you know the land area: "...The proposal is located within a previously disturbed area, there is no requirement for clearing of native vegetation, and scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions are below the 100,000 CO2-e per annum threshold".
There is clearly an appeal lodged - 1 to be exact. Some time between Nov 7 and Dec 4th. I am calling it out that someone has made a spurious appeal. It's a dirty old game.
It was Rain Man that raised the fact an appeal has been lodged. He pops up out of nowhere, seems to be pretty close to "knowing" that it was lodged.............and raised it just now. Impeccable timing.
