There's a lack of liquidity at the moment and whilst 'TNC uncertainty' remains at current levels it just drifts lower. There are potentially a number of announcements between now and the end of January that might turn it around pretty dramatically, (more concrete news on CCP and positive progress on sulphate production) but we need a bit more delivery per previously stated timelines from Marty.
