I was under the impression that JG may have had a hand in the "coup"....are you saying that is not the case?
Are you saying that JG is not one of the good guys?
Now, why on Earth would the directors arrange a placement to effectively give up control and remove themselves from the picture if they didn't actually want to leave willingly?
