a couple of observations:
1. it looks like about a 3rd of the share register was interested. There are about 1.4bn shares n issue pre the meeting from which about 500m only were counted.
2. somebody didn't like the June loan conversion. maybe it was the generous retrospective strike price adjustment that peeved every body off.
regardless, great. now let's move on.
it would seem Wednesday will be the day the benefactors of all these confetti shares will exit ...
the rest of us mushrooms will just have to wait.
did anybody actually go to the meeting?
