I can't help thinking they plan on investing your money into Audio Pixels - a company that they are all heavily involved in, and that has been scrambling to secure capital. Research it.
IMO they are sick of throwing their own money at it - they are going to use yours.

thats right SB.... we have no idea what the new board will do. but lets face it, we were cooked and served up for nothing with the status quo. no future at all.

I don't give a jot for 2c/share..... like you I put a lot into this co, not much by some standards but a lot for me, and maybe I'm turning evangelical but I see the product as worth promoting and seeing it get back up. yes after all we've been through. but I'm delighted for you in getting out.

2c isn't worth a cracker

I'm sure we all hope the new arrangements work out well.
