It went to a democratic vote and the new guys won, comprehensively. We can bitch and squeal all we like but that’s reality. We can only hope they have the interests of all shareholders in mind when decisions are made.
And we as shareholders need to do our best to keep them accountable.
It’s grim. But has been for some time now so no better or worse today. Optimists get a glimmer of hope the dream still lives on, the pessimists can read shortblacks posts for guidance.
I’ll stay involved and pester the crap out of them personally and remember they are directors, whether listed or not, so have to play within the rules. Let’s see.

Hey do you reckon the new board will payout the remainder of Lachie and Matty's "12 month notice period" (9 months salary), or do you reckon they will only pay them according to the 6 months notice period in their contracts ?
