Commiserations to those shareholders hoping the shameful Phoslock saga would be brought to an end.
There was little chance of this happening when it was obvious the big guys would steamroller their way into getting what they wanted.

I see some are cheering them on, in spite of not really knowing what the new BOD plans are for the company.

The only clear indication they have given is that they plan to take your money and invest it - but not into Phoslock.
I can't help thinking they plan on investing your money into Audio Pixels - a company that they are all heavily involved in, and that has been scrambling to secure capital. Research it.
IMO they are sick of throwing their own money at it - they are going to use yours.
