as you say you "don't understand" - I'll keep it brief. the past 3 years has seen failure of the company to competently manage the integrity of the co. the product virtually sold itself due to the necessity of cleaning up waterways. the BOD failed to manage the progress of the business.

ergo, on balance, with the 2c not being worth crap, its better to give another BOD the chance to lift the co out of the ditch than to just take the little 2c.
