Our register is very different to 1-2 years ago. There’s a lot of instos sitting there including Blackrock, Brazilian banks and fund and Regal etc.
Looks like a few of them have said no way to the director rights and it was then a close call on CG’s.
Given the number of shares and rights already held by our Board, I’m not surprised some of the insto holders made their positions clear.
As a general rule I am a very big fan of remunerating CEO’s and executives with performance rights rather than just a salary which gets earned regardless of performance.
Happy there will be less dilution due to the withdrawals and if Lithium prices end up recovering even slightly to ~$1,600/t then we are probably a 50-60 cent company after DFS at some point and all the Board will be very rich anyway.
