Management didn't want to have too much dilution so holders have been told, thus small raises. They expected the proceed from the court case to be finalized ages ago. Still no certainty as to how that will go with much time passing. With every cr, sp goes lower to meet discount offered. If they had to raise funds now they'd have a world of trouble and huge discounts would be needed - may yet see a cr at 1.5c offer levels - would destroy whatever little value there may be at an already sick sp level.

Had management undertook a $15-20 mill cr from way back they would have diluted substantially but at much higher pricing and would still have more in the kitty without worrying for the need for more cr's and at much lower pricing.

I believe some say think big and do accordingly - management's piece meal crapital raises do not indicate such thinking (crapital is not a misprint).

Very risky having reliance on external court case matters the resolution of which is beyond their control - it's already risky enough without such.

Sadly nothing much we can do but wait and hope. AIMO
