Yup so all darn resolutions passed, which means expect another 500 odd million shares to be issued @0.003 shortly.
No wonder heaps were dumped at 0.005 today, even if this goes to 0.004 these so called sophisticated darn investors will be well and truly up, I'd personally say they are way up already on the initial tranche 1 shares issued at 0.003 , so this is free money for them at the expense of long term loyal shareholders is how I feel
I will never invest in this company again or any company associated. This is the worst capital raising I can think of ,and the reason we saw the big selling today i believe in my opinion.
