Exactly, I hold plenty of gold low cap stocks and they have barely moved, still at lows. The interest is only just starting to arrive to the big players, especially those with a copper focus too. However, the divide between the price of physical gold and the attention of the gold stocks is still massive as the below chart shows! I am sure the liquidity will eventually arrive to gold stocks but there is a lot of political interference with many institutions not taking position in gold due to the nature of devaluing western financial systems. We all know the western governments and major institutions are well aligned - blackrocks, vanguards, CS etc. However, there will come a point where all other sectors drop from their current highs and they will be forced to hedge and buy into gold stocks. Then once that takes place, the liquidity will trickle down to mid and then small caps like SI6 with the Monument Project.

For now, with REE's also performing well and the mega run and re-rate from MEI, I think management are making the best call right now by actively exploring Brazil. Any sniff of good drilling assays and we will start to perform, it will be very hard for the market to continue to ignore us with confirmation of REE's from drilling. Especially with the success of our neighbour MEI.

I am still bullish on our gold project and the time will come again to throw funds at that, once we are in a suitable position to undertake a much larger capital raise. But for now, with limited funds, Brazil is the best option IMO.
