Yep, looks like that's the way it's gone down @ad0. Tranche 1 placement participants (who weren't already shareholders & weren't allowed to participate in the SPP) have abstained from voting in favour of resolution 9 so that all SPP options get re-directed into the Shortfall offer & Tranche 1 / Tranche 2 placement participants end up with more free options. Unscrupulous tactics IMO.
