Mate all roads are now leading to an asset sale in some shape or form ( Administrators will do the same) unless USG can act fast and write a check to free carry JRV on the Cobalt refinery on US soil that will take feedstock from ICO. Much like they did with Lynas.
Not sure these touts have what it takes to even construct a refinery with free money, land, permits and backing of USG. They will find a way to f that up as well.
