But i am curious with regard to when these notes are being sold into the market, before the cleansing statement or after ? if possible lending of stock before its issued, sold, then returned ?

Company talks about aggressive selling of notes ?> yet the selling under 1c we saw in the last couple of days is obviously at a loss for a 1c conversion. Hence, what other cleansing statements are potentially due ? And would then seem after the event. ?
