I currently have both positive and negative views on AAU, and am currently waiting.
Not because the amount was small after the ARB ruling, but because the case was effectively lost.
I was disappointed, and if there was a significant possibility of losing the case, I should have only pursued the case where I could win.
In addition, in the announcement made immediately after the ruling, LD's development plan was delayed,NS development costs have been added.
And suddenly they were looking for a European cornerstone investor.

We have never been provided with an announcement that the results of ARB will affect the development of LD and NS.

    signalflower asks you.
Before the ARB ruling, there would have been positive and negative views about AAU. It's the same for me too.
Has there been any change in your thinking compared to before the ARB ruling? Or is it a little more negative?

Until then, I trusted the AAU board, and the disappointing results so far were, I thought it was because of the ARB ruling.
I said this before. The lethargy of 2023 seems to have been waiting for the ARB ruling.

If there is confidence in offtake even after the ruling, NS and LDThe development plan had to be maintained.
In the immediate aftermath of the ruling, AAU had to change almost all of its plans from just a few months ago.

Now let's go back to square one.
The variety of projects remains fascinating.
FID is very difficult for any company.

If any of you are investing in AAU for the first time, there is something you need to know.

    1. Equipment costs for mining development can be borrowed from the Central Bank of China.
    2. It is said that an offtake sale must be concluded.
    3. Recruiting European investors.
    4. Labor costs in Cuba are very cheap.
    5. There are no taxes.
    6. NS development costs increase.
    7. LD Development is delayed.
    8. After the ARB results and the sale of the DR equipment, we expect to have $A600-800m in cash.
    9. NS costs USD 36M.
    10. LD costs USD 80M.

The numbers may be slightly wrong.

Mine development involves equipment costs and labor costs.
Most of the equipment can be borrowed from Chinese banks.

    1. Why should offtake sales take precedence?
    2. Why are you suddenly recruiting European investors?
    3. Everyone knows that Cuba's power situation is bad.
Why was a diesel generator added now?
    Wasn't it removed intentionally?
    4. Chinese loans are available and sufficient cash can be secured.
Why does LD's development plan have to be delayed?

The board of directors has never followed through on the announcements they made with confidence.
    I think I'll run any of 1, 2, or 3 this time.
But this is a very low probability.

For NS development, CR of more than 1 billion shares may be required.
Time is running out, and if there is a delay, it is better to just proceed with large-scale CR now.

The stock price is 0.6c because meaningless CR was carried out repeatedly.

Please think about everything before deciding to invest.
I'm not saying it's a scam.Maybe so, maybe not.I bet not, so I hold the stock.

    I use a translator.Communication cannot be smooth.
