No, but of course I could easily be wrong. I say this because offtake and other negotiations have been going on for so long now that they all should have accumulated large share and options holdings if they believed that there is a high chance of a finalised deal. This is the lesson, sadly, I learned from the arbitration outcome. If they thought the a good arbitration result was likely, then they could have loaded up on options steadily over a long period. But they didn't, so I think it is happening again. I hope I'm wrong.
