At what point will all the talk re negotiations become a done...

At what point will all the talk re negotiations become a done deal?? Recall the spiel on EP DFS - how it was progressing and nearing completion and then stopped altogether as company changed direction. All the money sunk into an unfinished project.

Fact of the matter is, that seems to be very little if any confidence in AAU completing a project - any project - could that also be the reason for lack of buying cheap shares by management??

AAU indicated it has valuable assets - are these indications overly optimistic as it seems if it was the case then surely there would be some bigger entities rushing through the door wanting a slice. When I bake a cake or slice, rarely (if ever) is there a need to negotiate with eager mouths wanting a slice - overly simplistic perhaps but is it not on point??

AAU's 'gold leaf cake' is so far still in a mixer waiting for eggs and sugar (perhaps still looking for a mixer). Thus far a lot of sugarcoating but when will it be finished so all can enjoy a slice with some Cuban rum.
