Fact of the matter is, that seems to be very little if any confidence in AAU completing a project - any project - could that also be the reason for lack of buying cheap shares by management??

AAU indicated it has valuable assets - are these indications overly optimistic as it seems if it was the case then surely there would be some bigger entities rushing through the door wanting a slice. When I bake a cake or slice, rarely (if ever) is there a need to negotiate with eager mouths wanting a slice - overly simplistic perhaps but is it not on point??

AAU's 'gold leaf cake' is so far still in a mixer waiting for eggs and sugar (perhaps still looking for a mixer). Thus far a lot of sugarcoating but when will it be finished so all can enjoy a slice with some Cuban rum.

so to repeat the actual question,

Wouldn't there be sensitive information at hand during Offtake discussions which are at the DD stage that would prevent Directors and KMP from trading in the shares ?
