it is basic Insider Trading restrictions that are inherent in understanding the workings and integrity of the ASX, seems like an extremely silly answer you've given there claiming to not be aware of this fundamental aspect of the market.
anyway another announcent this morning, so obvioulsy other things were/are progressing and this is one such example of Directors and KMP being unable to purchase on market even if they wanted to.
