short sell during the trading session to impact the sentiment and / or close price (which further impacts the sentiment), then close out the short during extended trading (between related accounts) as long as it is before 7pm then there is no condition requiring any reporting to ASIC (the data you are referring to)
also keep the shorts qty smaller, then the second condition isn't met either
