what about these:
- a war in Ukraine that precluded one potential customer of LaDemajagu concentrate sales
- a less than anticipated Arbitration award outcome
- share price suppression (possibly the same parties who have accumulated over 110m shares behind custodial holdings)
- lack of progress and delays to Offtake being finalised for NS
whilst there has been delays, it seems announcements of late are progressing through and ticking off all the items seeking to be finalised durign the tenure of the 2024 extended Management Contract
