with Brian already having stepped away from an Executive Director role to be the Non-Executive Director / Chairman, I was seeing a definite first phase which is quite clearly outlined here and envisaged to be durign the remainder of CY2024

This basically being what Brian is focussing to progress during that period, and it states the anticipated appointment of one or two Non-Executive Directors, and a new Chairman.

So the transition phase, but of course any new incoming Director(s) / Chairman would expect to be a part of the longer term Strategic Review, or phase 2 as AAU wraps up the NS Development and moves into Operations and cashflow, so yes as you say that part of it will likley continue into CY2025.
