Sadly the "plan" met with a major catastrophe;

"Apply potential proceeds from recently completed arbitration of A$45 million of contractual claims
against Dominican Republic Government from a previous project, to copper exploration"

Imagine( lets say) the effect of four 1000 mtr drill holes averaging 1 percent copper on the SP.?
Had the law suit ship come in, the delays most probably would have been forgiven.
But the company is a year further along the track, needing some runs on the board.
I'm of the view, that the leadership group lost sight of what the company's raison d'etre was, and got into the windfall business, rather than the mining business.
Lets see what plan C brings us.
