The implementation of the review date wasn't the beginning of the plan.
The plan, which both party's to the JV, have always voted for , was no deep exploration.
Yes, the new "partner", will pay multiple's on the US $27 million the JV, has spent to date, but will pay nothing for the "main prize",( the porphyry systems)
A more balanced approach of both deep exploration, and production modelling/ engineering/procurement, would have been more beneficial to the company.
