VOTING EXCLUSION STATEMENTS

In accordance with Listing Rule 14.11, the Company will disregard any vote cast in favour of the resolution set out below by or on behalf of the following persons:

Resolution 3 Approval of issue of New Options Any person who participated in the Placement or any associate of that person, and any other person who is expected to obtain a material benefit as a result of the issue of New Options (except a benefit solely by reason of being a holder of Shares), and any of their associates. Any person who participated in the SPP or any associate of that person, and any other person who is expected to obtain a material benefit as a result of the approval of the issue of New Options (except a benefit solely by reason of being a holder of Shares), and any of their associates.
