yes, that 42% will be diluted further going forward.
but maybe those that voted yes will experience first hand the headwinds of cheap stock supply overhead at 3.5 and 5, and then reconsider their support for offering low valued stock to traders, the downward pressure it will place on share price appreciation and dilution of their own holding value.
although, if they can’t see it now, they probably never will.
can only hope they choose wisely next time.
