yep, sure.
the options need to be converted before the company has any additional cash in the coffers.
so if a grant was contingent on 1:1 funding, why not just do another placement on better terms to provide exactly that?
the options offer nothing but a glass ceiling of cheap supply at 3.5 and 5.
