it was 35% of the total register/SOH and if you deduct the requisitioner shareholders and associates they only had an additional 5-10% support at best then.
Other way to look at it is 40% ish additional support sided with Garry’s own 10%
My opinion is the requisitioning side didn’t do enough convincing to try to encourage additional support - they offered more uncertainty than anything and the vote reflects that.
