The back ground looked familiar, like his home / home office but at IMU someone wrote he is in the USA. He definitely was present at the meeting but he wasn't physically at the AGM location which becomes more and more the new way of participating as these days anyone can join a meeting online from anywhere. As long as that saves time and $ I am fine with that.
