Judging by the magnitude of gains in shares arranged for in his personal strategy, the "A/M" deal may be close to disclosure. Also the end of financial year is close and it would be tidy to include something relevant for the Q4 report due end of July and the 23/24 AGM due in October/ November. JM will need to salary sacrifice for some time, otherwise the self rewarding of 5+M shares will look sus.
