It is a highly complicated system , they used to disenfranchise their own shareholders. The convertible notes undermined shareholders share value .
If you muliply 150 times 50 you get 7,500 then the convertible note holders got a 20'per cent discount to market for their shares .The convertible note holders got 9,000 times more than the original shareholders paid. The orignal shareholders had their shares reduced by a factor of 7, 500. My 60,000 became 8 shares worth less than one cent .My shares would need to go up to $62-50 to get my money back.
