Wait, they want to take the company private now? was that always the end goal, with the consolidations and then constant issuing of securities, make everyones parcel so small their votes worth nothing? The only way for someone whom has held a lot and has lost it in consolidations to have a say in a vote would be to outlay more money to gain a substantial holding again, thus perpetuating the cycle.

Or at least thats what it seems like to me? Perhaps that point of view comes from a place of ignorance.
