My guess is they fast tracked a few, then realised it was no good and put the rest through at normal pace. Havnt announced fast tracking of Avalon. And at this point appear happy enough to wait on the assays to come back to continue or not (will become clearer when we get that Avalon update in a week or two)
The risk here has just grown exponentially since Mondays open.
