Potential termination conditions are a worry if things don't develop to the higher objectives. This was way to premature on the part of management and boarders greed. They now own a fair chunk of the Coy. I did not vote yes for these resolutions as goals and performance need to be ticked first but happy to support the final outcome and move on to $1sp.....
