That's an interesting proposition Apollo and it had also crossed my mind.
What happens if the 14th comes and goes and nothing is submitted. I guess the judge would have to rule after the 28th when Advent submits their case on the information he has before him.
I would imagine the Government not submitting anything is as good as a win for Advent.
Fingers cross they continue to be dumb and lazy.
