I think there were182 Million shares on issue as of 1/7/13. Now close to 1 Billion - not really a good look if correct. Price was circa 6 cents back in July 2013. Please correct me if I am wrong.
The other burning question is why is Peter Crafter the company secretary when he is retired and we have a new accountant - why can’t the new accountant become the secretary too? - especially in a time of cost cutting/ saving.
