I'm not a holder but find the rem report and the voting on remuneration (>99% for) interesting.
Last FY Net Assets continued their trend of decline since 2021/22 while debt has ballooned from 2018/19 when it was $68 million (with net assets of $782 million) to 387 million (vs net assets of $733 million). While I do have some sympathy for management , the granting of full STI with bugger all paid in form of performance rights does not really scream to me as rewarding performance shareholders care about (notwithstanding the commentary in the Annual Report on the board focussed on securityholder value) or aligning management incentives with said focus on securityholder value.
