The pay is truly mind boggling, especially with so many of the ironically named performance payments. The ENN management in particular live in a different world to shareholders, of which you would hate to be one in recent years. Credit though to ENN shareholders in 2023 at the time of whom 23% voted against the rem report. Hopefully they also exited as not clear when current ENN shareholder will get to vote again, let alone know how bad the geniuses in management have done there (the ED earned $1.5 mil last year for reference, who knows how long suspended and when they'll publish accounts). For ENN I can't remember if STAM are still there, but you need activists like that to keep some of the excess in check and push management that is not aligned with shareholders to focus on what's best for shareholders (as opposed to their rem/employment).
