it's interesting that the total number of shares voting in the affermative on most resolutions is just above 50% of the shares on issue... as if they are well organized to make sure every motion iscarried, ..i believe that this is because they are sensitive to any possible negative comment in the press if minority shareholders rallied and oposed for example the issue of employee insentive shares or bonus's.
