at first the kanowna deal looked like it should have been a company maker, now it loks like s company breaker..

summary: $800,000 paid in cash and shares for ground that was surrendered just 3 years ago as not making the grade...,but with a story that no one had nvestergated the ene shears adequetly...a good story since the kanawna belle mine is on one of these shears...certainlt looks good on paper..

some of the intersections were of the grade and depth to appear to be straight up targets to prove shallw open pits
in 10 shor months cosmo's sp has gone down by two thirds while the gold price hits record levels.

what went wrong? could it be that they were chasiing conceptual targets, when they should have been concentrating drilling around the existing drill holes that may prove to be open pits?

what is wrong with those old targets...does manageent know something that we dont...my stratergy would be to work from the known to the unknown and worry abot repeat kanowna bells further down the track.
