The only way they could be anywhere near remotely successful with a CR is to get some momentum going in the share price then slam it down with a capital raise at a significant discount to the then current price. This has been the usual MO in the past, we just start to get going and a credit raise is called and down the price goes. Of course it has been done that many times that the price never recovers now.
I don't think they have any rabbits left in any hats Joe's hat has got a hole in it. Even if we did get a partner for the mine which might stir the share price minimally, management would jump on it to have a CR.and suppress the price immediately.
The best way for Joe to raise finance at this stage of the game is to sell Angus kebabs on a street corner in Abu Dhabi, maybe the law there will let him flog a few cans of Great Northern as well. What happened about the arbitration hearing for the $5mill we are being sued for, silence so far.
