What an utter embarrassment of a Board. 6 resolutions, 3 withdrawn, 2 voted down, last one 60/40 approved - why still astounds me though that 60% think he is doing a satisfactory job to deserve re-election and his board fees / free shares!!!
Yet we have the koolaid drinkers thinking all to plan and great buying opportunity.
The only kudos this board gets is the smarts to get a large capital raising done on false promise so they could milk the company for many years.
