Resolution 6 not succeeding brings me great joy. Given the woeful market cap, management and the board would have really been hoping that this resolution would carry. The company is now restricted to the 15% placement capacity under LR 7.1. Any raising/s beyond that placement capacity will either need to include shareholders, or require their approval.
Kick rocks, Andrew. Shareholders are no longer going to allow you to run this as your own private company.
