You could have had a Special Meeting to get shareholder approval, you did not and now it's going to bite you hard moving forward.
A Board so arrogant of its shareholders does not deserve to be running our company.
The shares held by the Board is excessive considering the poor performance of achieving its targets on schedule.

Board has to make some hard decisions, appoint a new Managing Director, get someone who can handle hard questions from shareholders without loosing it, and knows how to close a deal.

If you want shares, then do like shareholders do, buy shares, stop expecting freebies.
You will get freebies when you start producing and not before.
