Renascor & Dorfner have lodged, what can only presumed to be, opposition to our amended patent application today. Can't read details of their document but given tomorrow was their last day to lodge and if they didn't it would have been approved so must be negative. We will see but i'm not sure that it will mean much to EGR's prospects either way as we would be unlikely to have a commercial BAM facility in Australia given we had Kwinana approved and gvt funding and walked away from it after securing a juicy CR with Kwinana being the focus at the time. If patent approved at least we don't have to pay opponents legal bills. jmho
